Karen has been a teacher librarian at Hyde Elementary School in CCISD for the past 7 years. She feels blessed to be able to have a career where she can share her love of books with students every day, expose students to meaningful maker spaces and collaborate with teachers to create a learning commons space that is an extension of their own classroom.
