"Personal transformation is vital for embedding resilience in our families, schools, communities. This courses purpose will be teaching some implementation structures for safety, connection, and problem solving.  (Wedgewood Elementary Teacher Presenting  K-5) *Safety: through self-regulation, enhances adults’ and children ability to recognize and manage physiological and emotional upset. *Connection: through creating a compassionate School Family culture (Classroom culture) cultural motivates adults and children’s willingness to engage in healthy relationships, help each other be successful and change perceptions about conflict. *Problem Solving: through changing our response to conflict and upgrading social- emotional skills. Boost adult and children’s ability to adapt to changing situations… (Resiliency), Noticing vs. Judging actions. " "Participants will learn about: Conscious Discipline Brain State Model Participants will learn about: Five Steps to Self-Regulation (Safe Place, Breathing, Mindful C.D. language). Participants will learn about:  Four Elements of Connection (Brain Smart Start, I love you Rituals, Greetings/Goodbyes, Morning Meetings, Wish you well, Welcome back, Jobs, kindness tree, friends and family board. Participants will learn about:  Hands on visuals, and activities to meaningfuly connect to the 3 main components of this workshop:  Safety, Connection, Problem Solving. "
