This session is designed to help coaches train intermediate athletes in the areas of strength, speed, agility and nutrition.  We will discuss and demonstrate activities used during the athletic period.  Participants will learn program design and organization, testing of athletes in various drills/exercises, and program evaluation.
We will have opportunties for attendees to participate in activities or demostrations.  Please dress accordingly for participation.
