In return, when students and staff feel safe, valued, cared for, engaged, and respected, learning measurably increases, and academic achievements advances.  In this session, we will identify and analyze the importance of culture and climate, and it's relationship with character. We will also examine small ways and opportunities to build and foster positive relationships inside the classrooms that lead to a positive culture and campus climate.  In effect, character values are modeled and implemented to maintain a positively enriched campus."
