A session on identifying, optimizing, and protecting time for daily priorities as an educator and adult. Participants will identify the duties and responsibilities within their instructional day. They will then use a priority matrix to organize their daily tasks to optimize personal productivity. Participants will also receive training on technology supports and organizational processes to protect and get the most benefit from instructional time with students.
