We learn CPR and First Aid, this session teaches adults how to identify the signs and administer first aid for youth mental health. This is a must-attend session for parents with children. This is normally an 8-hour course, broken down in easy terms to understand. Participants will learn how to identify signs of mental health distress and how to administer appropriate support until a mental health provider can intervene.
