Learn the science behind stress and why it's so important to get control of the amount of stress you have right now. Learn some simple ways to reduce stress at work and in your personal life.   Participants will gain basic knowledge of how stress effects the brain and the body; discover their current stress level and determine how it is effecting their well being; and learn and practice some simple ways to reduce stress in their lives.
