Learn how food affects your health and how to use it to your advantage for physical and emotional wellness. Understand the difference between processed food and natural food and the corresponding affects on the body. Participants will learn how to test their own pH level and be able to describe the affects of an acidic and alkaline environment. Be able to identify foods that may contribute to a healthy pH level. Recognize ingredients in products that may contribute to health risks. Understand how to make adjustments to your eating lifestyle for your advantage.
