If you're anything like me, I struggle to check in with every student daily, what if students can check in and share their progress with you daily? What if I tell you that you can listen to your students when it's convenient for you? What if parents can see what their child is doing in the classroom when there aren't any papers to send home?
This session will show you how to use Seesaw (an iPad app) so that students can share their work, progress, assessments, and update their own data for you. This session will also look into Seesaw activities. These are activities that are pre-made and require NO WORK from the teacher but still allows you to check in and see student progress!
Participants will be able to set a Seesaw account. Participants will be able to set up a Seesaw station for their classroom. Participants will see examples and get ideas on how to use Seesaw to check in with students. Participants will create 4+ ideas for use of Seesaw in their classroom. Participants will be able to navigate through and select Seesaw activities that best fits their classroom needs.
