This an in interactive presentation that helps educators know how to relate to students from a variety of challenging backgrounds. It teaches how to remove common barriers and to use the power of empathy and understanding . A review of the most important aspects of building healthy relationships is reviewed in order to build success in the classroom and beyond. Participant will be able to identify and empathize with some of the toughest students and will understand the importance and benefits of building successful relationships in the classroom and beyond.
