An individual with a life threatening food allergy may only have seconds and sometimes minutes to get the medical treatment they need to save their life. In this course you will learn about the most common food allergies, how to treat a student if they have a reaction and how to identify when someone is having a food allergy reaction. Having a food allergy doesn't mean that your classroom can not conduct normal activities or parties. Participants will learn strategies on how to keep all students safe.
