Students from the Student Ambassador program, the Caring in Action Team, the Power Team and the Spirit Team will discuss what they have learned, such as preparation, resilience, compassion, communication skills, improved relationships, core values and the impact they have had on others. Students will share how they have replaced limiting beliefs with a growth mindset, how being a leader Inspires ownership and accountability, and increases self-confidence and problem solving skills. Participants will learn techniques on assisting students with developing a sense of confidence and belief in themselves and their ideas. Strategies will be provided on how to support students in taking risks. Participants will learn how to encourage students to use their minds, hearts, and voices to engage and collaborate with others.
