 Explore research-based strategies that can lead to deeper thinking and more personalized writing for all of your students. These explicit strategies will support your students in recording their own thinking in response to science learning experiences. Add to your tool box of ways to collect authentic “evidence of learning” for the learning progressions and making your students’ thinking more visible. This session is for teachers in grades 2-5. "Participants will learn and practice authentic strategies to support and grow their students in recording their thinking independently in  science notebooks in a variety of ways including using graphic organizers, vocabulary activities, structures for writing claims/evidence/ reasoning and  writing conclusions. "
